[Gimp-user] where is Image/Mode/Decompose ?

I followed the tutorial here
http://www.gimpguru.org/Tutorials/SmartSharpening/
and stopped at the "Right-click on the duplicate image and select
Image/Mode/Decompose.".

There is no "Decompose" here.
What now ?

I'm on Win32, GIMP 2.4.5.
