[Gimp-user] Keyboard shortcuts not working in Windows Gimp 2.6

It appears to work fine here. I mean I open GIMP, directly press Ctrl+O
and the open file dialog comes up (for example).
Don't know if I have to test other thing.

WindowsXP SP3 here.
