[Gimp-user] shutdown

The only pattern that seems to be it is when i click on "file", but it's not
all the time and it seems more likely when I have another internet explorer
window open.  
message says:

"Microsoft Windows: gimp-2.6exe has stopped working.  A problem caused the
program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify
you if a solution is available"
