[Gimp-user] compatability between Gimp and Olympus Master

Hi.
Has anyone had a compatability problem when using 'Gimp' to modify pictures.
I use Olympus Master 2.04 software together with 'Gimp' for modifying my photos.
Problem is, after they are modified and saved, when I try to open with the OM2 software, it closes!
I have tried saving the modified pic in a new folder, but again the OM2 software crashes if I try to open it.
I prefer to use the OM2 software to print my pictures as I like the print formata available, but cannot print at the moment as it keeps closing!
Any help/advice please anyone?
