[Gimp-user] No script/pattern files in my iMac Leopard ?

Hello,

I try to download " bling Text script-fu  from this site < 
http://gimpscripts.com/?p=15  >" into my iMac Leopard. Somthing wrong happen.

Gimp is OFF and inside my mac  Home - Library -  App Support - Gimp - there
is no script or pattern folder to drag the pattern over to.

I need a good tutorial as tell me how to make this sparcling blings with
colors
