[Gimp-user] publishr 0.5 - publish to Flickr/Picasa from Gimp/Inkscape

Hi,

I have been using this plugin since its first release.
But it does not work any longer on Flicker since two on three weeks. The
Linux and Windows version do the same: they open a blank window when I select
Flickr. Still works fine with Picasa. Any body noticed this Flickr issue, or
is it an authorization problem with my account?

If the plugin had to be modified, please consider adding UTF-8 support for
file names and comments.
