[Gimp-user] gmic4gimp

I installed gmic4gimp on WindowsXP for Gimp2.6.5 with few problems and am getting great effects .  I placed the executable in 
C:\Program Files\Gimp-2.0\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins .   Why can't you upgrade your Gimp version ? Do you have a bandwidth problem ?
