apparently no one will try the news site out.
the contest was ebayed.
i have a news team of two people who won't use a web interface to
administrate it.
how about if we bundle up what we have done and put it all on ebay? i
would consider sending news of the sites closing to this nice working
news interface, but i don't think anyone comes here.
i can't get people to test it. it won't work for the existing news
people. i suggest that i get fired and someone competent be put here
instead.
i can not at this time come up with any other workable options.
thanks for everyones input. the votes are tallied. everyone likes the
splash archive and it makes them think back to the days when gimp
development was fun. perhaps this section could be added to the current
site for them.
as for the tutorials, they are all online elsewhere. google finds them
quickly.
the news section worked fine for me, however.
