[Gimp-web] mmmmaybe is dead

i cannot get a developer to acknowledge it's existence.  i suggest that
we go find different projects.

it was a nice effort in my estimation, but i am the only one that looks
at it, i think.  me and my pleasent little team.

if this site is removed, then a useful site will up in its place, if
such a site is needed.  as it stands, google is all you really need to
play with gimp.  anything else is just fluff.

sorry to have wasted everyones time.
