There used to be a readme in the top directory. It contained the
instructions on how to install the site. It was what I used, for example
to install the site when I started on the project. For some reason it
is gone. Maybe someone still has a copy, maybe it could be fetched from
CVS attic. In any case the instructions in that file should be sufficient
to simply install the html part of the site.
If you want to install everything, there are already two HOWTO docs available
from the web site itself: admin/howto.html and admin/news/howto.html are
a start.
