I don't know if you had a look at the list of links that is used in the
current (old) site, but I made them available online so that you can have
a look at them:

The format should not be too hard to understand (it is based on Emacs-lisp).
Some definitions in links_bugs.def are a bit more complex because they are
built from several parts (suffix, prefix) but they should still be easy to
understant. There are other *.def files used in the current site for
dealing with things like the current list of mirrors or the latest news, but
the links are probably what you are interested in. I put some files there:

I will try to participate a bit more in these discussions in about two weeks,
when I will (hopefully) have a bit more spare time. In the meantime, I am
sorry that I cannot contribute much.
