hi Rapha?l, welcome back

i guess i would prefer to discuss this after you have had a chance to
see what we are doing.  

after you "cvs checkout" for the first time, notice the number of htrw
files and how they utilize what is now known as /admin/gimp-web-urls and
tell me if we should stop what we are doing and use this old proven
method.
