This is how it is done on developer.gimp.org - I rather like that. I
helps users to get a quick overview of the menu structure.

It really should be "GIMP from Source" to fit in with the rest of the
menu items...

Do we even have a maintainer for the OS/2 documentation? If not, we
really can't publish any information - or can we?
