[Gimp-web] reading tip: bugzilla

I have been adding the following phrase to a number of relevant bug
reports:

"This is about the site under development at http://mmmaybe.gimp.org
."

(Or something similar.)

Bugzilla does not make it easy to distinguish between the current and
the new web site (unless we would make the website a separate
module), so I suggest we make things easy on ourselves and prefix new
bug reports on the new site with something like the phrase I used
until the site actually gets released.

This makes searching for bugs about the new site fairly simple
(although we may always miss some older bug report, but I guess those
would be easy to find after the new site's gone live):

<http://bugzilla.gnome.org/buglist.cgi?product=GIMP&component=www.gimp
.org&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_sta
tus=NEEDINFO&bug_status=REOPENED&bug_status=RESOLVED&bug_status=VERIFI
ED&bug_status=CLOSED&long_desc=mmmaybe&long_desc_type=substring&cmdtyp
e=doit&order=%27Importance%27&form_name=query> (All bugs)

or

<http://bugzilla.gnome.org/buglist.cgi?product=GIMP&component=www.gimp
.org&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_sta
tus=NEEDINFO&bug_status=REOPENED&long_desc=mmmaybe&long_desc_type=subs
tring&cmdtype=doit&order=%27Importance%27&form_name=query> (Open
bugs).

If you haven't looked at the bugs in bugzilla for a while, I suggest
you do; some need commenting, others need fixing.
