Since I got your blessing, I commited the changes.  I changed the comment at
the top of the style sheet to say: "Default style sheet for www.gimp.org --
be careful if you edit it."  Well, for the moment this is served from mmmaybe
instead of www, but the transition should happen in a few days so the comment
will soon be correct.
