[Gimp-web] New page layout and new menu

Looks nice to me.  I actually cannot see the difference in the two 
pages.

When I made the original layout, I was unware of the universality of
the information in those how-tos.  The next site should have a shared
how-to section and those documents should be ported to appear there.

Thanks for your work on the site, Raphaël.  I was thinking about making
a web site that featured bins as a reason to use gimp to get some 
developer interest in things here.  This is much nicer.  It is nice to
see a developer interested in having the GIMP on a website.
