Thanks!  The code (esp. title bar, menu and page body) has some
significant differences, but my goal was to keep the same appearance.

Yes, this is what I am planning to do soon: some of the howtos will be
moved to the new "/source" directory (see bug #119246).  I will try to
do that a bit later today or maybe tomorrow.  I already added a link
to "GIMP from Source" in the new menu, as agreed earlier on this list.

I don't know how much work I will be able to do from home because the
fan in the power supply of my older PC (the one that has the modem and
allows me to stay online) has just stopped working so I am now
waiting until the power supply catches fire or something like that,
but hopefully I will be able to do some work on my new PC even if it
may be difficult for me to read e-mail or use CVS.  I will probably do
most of the stuff offline and transfer everything tomorrow from work.
Anyway, I'd better stop writing now and do some coding...  ;-)
