[Gimp-web] Information about the site

Hey Raphaël,

I have done some updates in the installation guide on the informations
page. If you want to then I can put the information when it is finished
in a README file also however I would like to have more information so
that it answers as much questions as possible for people to get started
with the website.

Thanks for all the great comments I will look more into this when I get
time.
