I forgot to reply to this point in my previous mail:

For www.macgimp.org and www.wingimp.org, the main added value would be
the CDs: for many users (those without broadband or those who are not
familiar with software installation), it can be interesting to get all
the necessary files conveniently packaged on a CD. In addition to
this commercial offering, the users can find some interesting
information on the news page or in the discussion forum.

For www.ftgimp.com, I am not so sure about the added value. The
FTGimp packages are available for download only (not on CD) and there
is very little (if any) new stuff that cannot be found on various
GIMP-related web sites. That's why I had not linked to that site from
mmmaybe. Also, the only reference to the official GIMP or the
official GIMP web site is the small button near the bottom of the
pages (at least, I could not find any references in the text). Mat's
sites seem to be a bit more honest about that.
