When I tested the contest pages last week (and earlier), the layout
of the gallery page(s) was broken, with some elements overlapping
others.  But it seems to be fine now.  I do not know exactly when it
started to work again, but this could be a consequence of going back
to tables instead of css positioning for the page templates.

I am not sure if that was the reason why scizzo decided to hide the
link from the menu.  If the contest pages are working fine now and
there was no other reason to remove the link from the menu, then we
could add it back.  What do you think?
