[Gimp-web] new gimp mailing list

hi all!

I'm currently building up a new gimp-website (www.gimpusers.de) for
German users since there is almost no German information about this
fantastic program on the web yet. In course of building the website I
also created a seperate German mailing list which is now available: 

list address:    
gimpusers-de at lists.gimpusers.de

mailman-url:  
http://lists.gimpusers.de/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/gimpusers-de

topic:
same as gimp-user but German

It would be cool to be added to www.gimp.org/mail_lists.html
