Gimpusers.de has different goals. It's not only aimed on discussion. My
primary goal is to publish German GIMP-related information and
tutorials. In the future it's also planned to provide a platform where
all users can enter their tutorials, tipps, etc. 

Gimpforum.de is a great existing forum for German users, I have linked
them and they did so with my site. Some people (incl. me) prefer mailing
lists as a primary discussion platform - thats why I created the mailing
list gimpusers-de.

This is the only part which would have to be changed (only for this
single list). The etiquette would be the same as for the other lists.
