Hi Carol et al,

I am sorry my Flash Tutorials have been offensive.  That was not their 
intention.  Flash tutorials are certainly NOT intended to replace 
written documentation.  I decided to make a couple of Flash Tutorials 
after a deal of thought.

I am a volunteer at Computerbank in Melbourne, Australia.  We have 
distributed over 1600  recycled computers with a Linux operating system 
and the GIMP, Open Office, Flash Player etc. included.  We give these 
computers to people on low incomes - single parent families, newly 
arrived migrants, asylum seekers, pensioners, students, ex prisioners 
etc.  I regularly observe people new to computers taking their first 
tentative steps in our free training sessions.  Many  people in our 
sessions have a poor grasp of English, they learn by observing the steps 
we run through.  In the same vein a short Flash tutorial helps where 
words fail.
