[Gimp-web] languages at gimp.org/docs page missing

Hi list,

today I checked out the gimp-web repository from svn the first time :)
I fixed the list of languages that the manual is available online.  
But I'm not brave enough to commit the change by myself :) So, if  
somebody could have a look to the patches applied please?
