[Gimp-web] test-accounts on the registry experiment

Hello,

as I found out together with Harry, the e-mail part of the registry
site was broken and so while a new account could be created, you
didn't get the password...

That should now have been fixed, so please feel free to try again.
You can request the password for your previously created account using
"Request new password".
