[Gimp-web] rewrite of the user faq.

Hi,

I'm finding much of the faq to be pretty irrelevant and would like to do
something about it. Most faqs on the mailing list are related to the current
release but many (if not most) questions in the wiki seem to be refering to 1.2
or earlier.

As a typical example, an answer to the question "what kind of system do I need
to run the GIMP?" is "You probably want at least 32MB of RAM, although a few
hardy souls are making do with 32MB. More RAM will help speed things up. I would
prefer at least a decent 486 box, but even a 386 should work. And it really
screams on higher end workstations, like AIX, Solaris and Irix systems."

Would it be a good idea to duplicate the current page and keep 2 faqs, one for
1.x and the other for 2.x? That way the info can be updated for 2.2 users
without affecting those 386 users who might be needing advice for 1.2?

Regards,
David
