I have made a start on getting the site's content up-to-date, starting with a 
serious updating of the user faq. Once that's done, most of the content will be 
pretty easy to maintain as it's only news that is really regularly changing 
(sfaict).

Perhaps we can discuss the overhaul once the content is updated. I'm a 
designer/developer by profession so I have the skills necessary to help, 
including adding locale support! :)
