[Gimp-web] create a prototype?

I fully admit, your right, i've no idea how many emails gimp.org receives but
i'm sure it would encourage people if they got a brief email givinging them
further advice. Emails asking for software support and spam could, of course,
be completely ignored. But, yes, i'm sure you guys probably get bombarded
with mail...

Fair point, but without logging into it as an Admin i'm unsure as to what the
current site can/cannot do...

My current proposal would be to just upgrade the graphics, rearrange the pages
and rewrite/update the content.
Would it be best for me to create a 'prototype' site on my own server space?
