[Gimp-web] "What is coming", or 2.4 release notes

Hello,

   Here is a patch to add a "What is coming" menu item to www.gimp.org. The 
content of the page was provided by Jakub Steiner's wiki. If anyone has 
comments over the location I chose for this new page, please tell.

   The patch should be applied at top level. I didn't attach the images that 
go with it as my message gets blocked if I do, but if you want to see them, 
the images are available at: 
http://wiki.jimmac.net/doku.php?id=gimp:gimp-2-4-releasenotes
and they go in the release-notes directory.

   There will be video demos on that page, like the one already there at the 
end. Currently this video is hosted by Google and needs the Flash plug-in to 
be viewed. Is that a problem?
