[Gimp-web] my proposal and some writing...

I fully admit to being completely cluess with regards to the SVN method so 
please feel free to rearrange the pages using my proposal if you wish.

If you want help in writing text for the pages then count me in. Just let me 
know how you would like the text (html formatted email? html file? Plain 
unformatted text?) and who I should email it to and i'd gladly help out...
