[Gimp-web] Cleaning up the source tree

OK, considering that I only got positive feedback for this, I will clean
up the old splash screens and other obsolete files this afternoon.

There are also some obsolete files in other directories, such as an old
copy of the list of gimp maintainers or other files copied from the gimp
tree.  I will also delete these.

If anybody else finds files that are outdated or redundant (because they
were copied from the gimp tree) and that are not directly used for the
web site (not visible to visitors), please delete them as well.  A clean
source tree is easier to maintain.

There is also some stuff in "programmatic", "admin" and "includes" that
could be merged or moved in order to simplify the structure of the site
and how it is built, but I'm not planning to do that right now.  If
anybody volunteers to reorganize this, you are welcome...
