[Gimp-web] Cleaning up the source tree

Well, interesting to see all these movements around the Gimp-web remake.
But it'd be interesting... hem rather useful (:) ) to see now who is working 
on what, or if it is rather free at the moment.

Currently i'm digging the gimp-web repository but i find it boring then, i got 
the idea - good or bad :) - to redo all from scratch and with Rails (the Ruby 
web framework).
So, i don't know how it is going for you but i prefer to finish and release a 
first prototype until to say i'm in and in this way, i avoid to slow all of 
you down. ;)

Why not a contest like for the Videolan website? (but not prize needed  :) )
