[Gimp-web] What should we do with /admin/gimp-web-urls?

Hi Raphael,
+1 from me.

The need to 'build' the website has been quite a burden during the short
time I'm involved with the website project. I would very much appreciate
just maintaining hardcoded links, if that is the sole purpose of the
build system.
