[Gimp-web] What should we do with /admin/gimp-web-urls?

Sounds good to me. I think one could make the argument that if there are
multiple links to the same location on a website, it requires a more efficient
redesign. Baring navigation, I don't think they should be needed (navigation is 
of course handled elsewhere).

And having to install the website every time I want to see a change is really 
annoying, actually, especially as it replaces all files, regardless of when they 
were last touched. I'm sure the benefit of not having an installer far outweighs 
the benefit of link substitutions.
