I considered adding it, but unfortunately that link is broken.

Also, I am a bit skeptical about PC-BSD (more than other *BSD variants)
because some of its developers made some comments in the past that were
rather anti-GNOME and anti-Linux but let's hope that these comments did
not represent the opinion of the PC-BSD community.  So if there is a
working and stable link for a downloadable GIMP package, then I will
add it.
