[Gimp-web] GUG link is old and dusty

the last news  addition to GUG.sunsite.dk was in may of the previous year, that is 14 months without a visible update.  the tutorials and scripts are for the most part out of date or lack the depth for them to be of much use to someone with 1 month+ experience using Gimp or another raster graphics editor.

What I was wondering if there is not a better link to use in it's place, such as:-
-gimpusers.com
-gimptalk.com
-etc

or alternatively, just have a page which links to user groups in different languages, providing any useful resources.

Other points that may be of interest:
current GUG page does not suit the product vision as listed at gui.gimp.org
