[Gimp-web] GUG link is old and dusty

Hi,

thanks for pointing out flaws in the gimp.org website. The website is
pretty much unmaintained and there's no one in charge of keeping the
content uptodate. If you want to help, it would be best if you could
check out the gimp-web module from SVN and prepare a patch.

If you are interested in doing larger changes, please ask here
beforehand. We would very much like to see a group of people actively
working on the content of the website.
