[Gimp-web] diff: GuG links, links page

Hi

I have made an SVN diff to update the links page and GuG links. Changes:

* removed GuG several times
* "Mailinglists" section with only link to /mail_lists.html removed
because this is accessible via normal navigation and makes the page more
confusing
* added gimpusers.com Tutorials
* moved gimps.de from More GIMP-links to Tutorials
* removed Dutch GIMP-category from ODP because then the French, German,
Italian, Japanese and Polish ODP categories should be listed, too - I
think it is enough to show the English ODP link (you can go to the local
pages from there)
* removed http://empyrean.lib.ndsu.nodak.edu/~nem/gimp/tuts/ because it
doesn't work
* added meetthegimp.org
* added Gimpology
* added gimp-tutorials.net
