[Gimp-web] update links in GIMP for unix

Hi folks,

I updated links in GIMP for UNIX as attached, and would anyone commit
it to the repo?

Nowadays lots of Linux distributions and UNIX have each package
management system,
and it might be preferable to describe package command directions... i
guess though.
