Please don't make assumptions about what the user want. While you can 
recommend a certain option based on JavaScript, don't make assume to give him 
one and only one link to the platform that you think he's running.

They may wish to download GIMP for a different platform - they may wish to see 
what downloads exist, and a lot of other things are possible. We should give 
links to all the downloads.
