[Gimp-web] Gimp Web update

I'd relink the features link to the introduction page
(http://www.gimp.org/about/introduction.html), add some feature
highlights and link those features to individual feature description
pages with screenshots and more complete descriptions (or at least leave
the possibility to add those descriptions in the future).
This way you won't remove the features page (I think most of the users
use to take a look to the unique features of a package before
downloading it), and the resulting features listing will allow to add
feature description pages in the future.
I agree that the currently unmantained items should be removed, mostly
the screenshots page, but I wouldn't take the features listing out.
