[Gimp-web] GIMP Brainstorm

Hello!

this is my first mail to the list.

I propose to integrate the fantastic blog "Gimp GUI Brainstorm" to the Gimp
official website.

I think this blog couldbe improved with votes about submissions, to evaluate
each idea. Another improvement could be a list of comments for each
submission.

We can take as referenece the Ubuntu Brainstorm.
