[Gimp-web] GIMP Brainstorm

Hi,
this is the first mail I post in the list.
Perhaps the Gimp website needs a forum. I think the community seems to
be very closed when you're still not implicated in the project. I'm
sure a lot of developpers would like to take part to the project, but
they are a bit disappointed because of the organisation which seems
not clear.
And what about taking part in the launchpad website ? That would be a
great solution to encourage new developpers and it would also help for
translation.  (I know you're already using Bugzilla, but does it have
a such great community as in launchpad ?)

About the brainstrom, why don't we use something like the Ubuntu
brainstrom ? I can't understand what's the problem with comments !
They can be very usefull and improve some ideas ! And rating would be
a great way to know more about the wishes of the gimp users.
