And I could add ... why not a multilingual site?
I am organizing a CMS for the italian GIMP web pages and I am considering
Drupal. This beautiful CMS comes with full support to i18n. I see it as a
clever move to collect the GIMP resources in a more consistent way without
reinventing the wheel for every national GIMP lovers group...
With a CMS it comes for free: RSS, blogs, forums, GIMP dev pages, we could
connect the CMS account to a (media)wiki section and so on...
why not?
I put myself as a volunteer for the italian language pages from now on...as my
italian is way better than my english... ;-)
