[Gimp-web] GIMP Brainstorm

I completely understand what you mean about the development of gimp,
but I think you can't definitely not ignore the users.
Brainstorm with rating and comments is one solution, but not the only.
A forum would be a good solution, or at least a page where the
developers can explain the future of gimp.
I will tell you more about my idea tomorrow because it's being late
and I'm tired (I have to think a lot to write in english ! ^^).

About the website, I'm okay to try to maintain it. Actually I'm
writing in this mailing list in this aim (but I have to understand
first how SVN works).
