Hi,
I'm sorry I've not responded earlier.
Sven, clearly my idea is to create a real community of users. All the
ways can be good. But I think it's really necessary if you want to see
new developers.
And I would add that it could be usefull to make a page with the aims of gimp.

About the website, what is needed to be maintained ?
I'm still studying how works svn, but i've already downloaded the files.
What are the .htrw files ? And what languages are used in the website ?

Bye !
