Yes, that's definitely true and I didn't think about that. Good point.
Most of the modern CMS have pretty good article cache, but they still
need more resources than static pages.

Setting up yes, but content management systems like joomla have an
extremely easy frontend for content creators (it's even separated from
the administrative panel). It looks like a word processor and the
uploading of images is made with a simple graphical UI.

I guess I'll take a look again then. 10 minutes sounds pretty good.
